About me

Hello! I’m Silvia Honores – a Chilean psychologist, equity systems strategist and systems-change leader based on the Eastside of Seattle in Snoqualmie, WA.
For over two decades, I’ve partnered with schools, nonprofits, and communities to build inclusive systems where every child and family can thrive.
My Expertise:

  • Equitable Access: Designing pathways to reduce barriers in education and social services

  • Inclusive Leadership: Coaching teams in culturally responsive, family-centered practices

  • Empowerment Tools: Creating bilingual (English/Spanish) resources for underserved communities

What fuels my work? The conviction that true growth begins with belonging, a principle shaped by my journey as an immigrant parent navigating cross-cultural systems.
Beyond the work: You’ll find me spending time with my son, discovering new comedians with my husband, or being outsmarted by our double doodle, Maya.
Let’s collaborate to create systems where every child and family is seen, supported, and celebrated.
